Jez started his interest in Photography at the age of 21, when his late father give him an Olympus OM101 SLR camera for his birthday. and has enjoyed taking photos every since.
Over the years he has photographed most things.. from Landscapes to Portraits and Celebrities to Weddings. many a cold wet winters day spent at pitch side photographing kids football or rugby matches to photographing UEFA Champions League and Europa League finals 2017/18/19/20/21/22/23 or other high profile Premiership matches.
Jez has grown up always being surrounded by Dancers.. His mother was a professional Ballerina dancing with the Imperial Ballet in London, also his sister and wife also danced and now his son dances.. And he also took ballet and tap lessons..
This has given him a great love and appreciation of all aspects of dance and is always happy to shot dance shows or dancer portraits..
Now his day job is looking after the IT at one of the UK's Largest Professional Photo labs and also being one of their in-house photographers. He spends many weekends photographing at Europe's top football stadiums being a UEFA, Premier league and FA accredited photographer. He has worked in Kiev, Baku, Madrid, Paris, Lyon, Gdansk, Porto, Athens, Istanbul, Prague and other European cities.
His latest project is capturing dancers in the air, just as he got started Covid stopped the shoots but not the ideas, so if you want to be frozen in space and time give him a shout.
He is always looking for new projects and ideas.
